A consortium of investors including BlackRock, Vanguard, State Street, Fidelity and Capital Group, Legal & General, Wellington Management and Amundi, completed the acquisition of a 25% stake in 25% of Monte dei Paschi di Siena, a commercial banking company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
