Iconix completed the acquisition of Hoodrich.

Iconix, a brand management company, completed the acquisition of Hoodrich, a British streetwear brand. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I’m excited about the future of Hoodrich and can’t wait to grow the brand internationally.
