Functional Forms business of SABIC, a Saudi chemical manufacturing company, and Acrylic Products business of Röhm, a German chemicals company, completed the merger to form POLYVANTIS, a global, multi-material manufacturer providing semi-finished acrylic and polycarbonate products.
