NAKS to acquire Stainless Specialties.

North American Kitchen Solutions, a foodservice equipment manufacturer, agreed to acquire Stainless Specialties, a custom fabricator of high-quality stainless-steel equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We're thrilled to welcome SSI to our organization.
