Venterra Realty completed the acquisition of Avasa Hammock Landing Community.

Venterra Realty, a real estate development company, completed the acquisition of Avasa Hammock Landing Communi, a 300-unit multi-family community located in West Melbourne, Florida. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have seen excellent growth in the Florida Market, and are excited to expand our portfolio with Avasa Hammock Landing as our second property in the West Melbourne area," John Foresi, Venterra Realty CEO.
