Enovert, a landfill site operator, completed the acquisition of Highfield Environmental, a waste management business specialising in the recycling and disposal of both hazardous and non-hazardous wastes. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It is good news for Highfield that we are being acquired by a strong business with experience and growth plans in our sector, and our current business will only become stronger as a consequence of this acquisition,” Duncan Martin, Highfield Environmental CEO.
