Neuberger Berman completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Colibri Group from Gridiron Capital.

Neuberger Berman, a private investment manager, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Colibri Group, a provider of career lifecycle management for mandatory professional education solutions, from Gridiron Capital, a private equity firm.
