Pomona Valley to merge with Montague.

Pomona Valley, an Australian apple and stone fruit producer owned by AustOn, agreed to merge with Montague, an Australian fruit producer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The partnership with AustOn and the merger with Pomona Valley signals the next exciting stage in the growth of Montague,” Scott Montague, Montague Managing Director.
