Asianet and Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison completed the acquisition of MNC Play.

Asianet, an Indian Malayalam language general entertainment pay television channel, and Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, a telecommunications provider, completed the acquisition of MNC Play, an internet company.
