Jubilant Foodworks, India's largest foodservice company, offered to acquire the remaining stake in Jubilant Foodworks, the exclusive master franchisee of the Domino's Pizza brand in Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia, for £73m. On January 16, 2024, the deal value was raised from £63m to £73m.
