Mateco completed the acquisition of Maltech.

Mateco, a supplier of rentable working platforms, completed the acquisition of Maltech, a rentable lifting platform technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition represents the next step in our long term growth strategy, which aims to sustainably strengthen our position in selected markets. With Maltech we are acquiring a company that is already a market leader in Switzerland with 130 employees, over 700 rental units in its fleet with a history spanning over 50 years,” Mateco.
