Velotio Technologies, an engineering and digital solutions company, completed the acquisition of the remaining 60% stake in Scaleworx Technologies, a specialized IT services firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition allowed Velotio to offer a "one-stop-shop" experience. Instead of a client hiring Velotio for the app development and Scaleworx for the infrastructure, the combined entity handles the entire lifecycle.
