Waterland-backed Horn & Company Group, a management consulting firm, completed the merger with ConMoto Strategie und Realisierungs, a German consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “ConMoto initiated a process for succession planning at the end of 2022. Following informal discussions with Horn & Company/ Waterland in January 2023, we have always considered Horn & Company to be the optimal solution. The partners on both sides got on very well right from the start.
