Arrow Global completed the acquisition of Palmares Ocean Living & Golf from King Street and Kronos Homes for €400m.

Arrow Global, a company that offers debt purchase and management solutions, completed the acquisition of Palmares Ocean Living & Golf, a resort hotel, from King Street, a hedge fund, and Kronos Homes, a home builder company, for €400m. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very pleased with the success of the business and because we believe that we continue to contribute to the growth and development of the national hotel and tourism sector,” John Calvão, Arrow Global Principal.
