Kelso-backed Novvia Group completed the acquisition of Ocean State Packaging.

Kelso-backed Novvia Group, a provider of packaging solutions and customized services, with domestic and international customers, completed the acquisition of Ocean State Packaging, a manufacturing company that provides consumer packaging products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to partner with Novvia to continue growing our business. We intend to draw on a long history of customer service and our ‘one-stop-shop’ philosophy to deliver additional value to our loyal customers as part of the national Novvia platform,” Brian Beneduce, Ocean State President.
