BradyIFS-backed Envoy Solutions completed the acquisition of PFS Sales.

BradyIFS-backed Envoy Solutions, a diversified distribution company in facility supplies, packaging solutions, foodservice disposables, & specialty products, completed the acquisition of PFS Sales, a distributor specializing in janitorial supplies, bar amenities, disposable paper, and plastic products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
