US LBM, a distributor of specialty building materials in the United States, completed the acquisition of Holderness Supplies, a manufacturer of structural building components and distributor of engineered wood products in Arizona. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The Holderness Supplies team has a history of delivering quality products while providing exceptional customer service. Holderness Supplies is a valuable addition to US LBM, complementing our existing operations and further expanding our manufacturing capabilities in Arizona, which continues to be a strong region for new construction," L.T.
