Davidson Kempner Capital Management and One33 completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Setramar group's port division.

Davidson Kempner Capital Management, a global investment management company, and One33, its operating partner for Italy, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Setramar Group's port division from Setramar, a multi-business company operating in the sectors of port and inland logistics, shipping, trading, production activities, services, energy, agrifood and real estate. Financial terms were not disclosed. The agreement comes after the conclusion of a complex transaction aimed at reorganizing the company and reshape the Setramar group's financial debt.
