CVC Capital Partners and Keensight Capital completed the investment in Sogelink.

CVC Capital Partners, a global private markets manager, and Keensight Capital, a private equity firm, completed the investment in Sogelink, a provider of software solutions for infrastructure, construction, and property management professionals. Financial terms were not disclosed.
