Silver Lake Partners-backed Diamond Baseball Holdings completed the acquisition of Worcester Red Sox.

Silver Lake Partners-backed Diamond Baseball Holdings, an American sports ownership and management group, completed the acquisition of Worcester Red Sox, a Minor League Baseball team. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to add the WooSox to the DBH family, our third Red Sox affiliate and a transformational Triple-A franchise for both Minor League Baseball and the City of Worcester.
