ASSA ABLOY completed the acquisition of Ghost Controls.

ASSA ABLOY, a Swedish conglomerate whose offerings include products and services related to locks, doors, gates, and entrance automation, completed the acquisition of Ghost Controls, a US supplier of automated residential gate openers.
