Qazaqstan Investment completed the acquisition of ArcelorMittal Temirtau from ArcelorMittal.

Qazaqstan Investment, a fund of private equity funds, completed the acquisition of ArcelorMittal Temirtau, the Kazakh steel and mining operation, from ArcelorMittal, a steel manufacturing corporation. Financial terms were not disclosed.
