SMG Swiss Marketplace Group, a network for online marketplaces in Switzerland, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Flatfox, a platform for real estate professionals, from Mobiliar, an insurance company. Financial terms were not disclosed. This step aims to support the further digitalization of the Swiss real estate sector.
