Max Healthcare to acquire Starlit Medical Centre for $113m.

Max Healthcare, India’s largest private healthcare provider, agreed to acquire Starlit Medical Centre, a hospital, for $113m. “We are excited about this acquisition, which is in line with our strategy to enter new Tier I / II cities which have a developed healthcare services ecosystem.
