Egis Group, an international company active in the consulting, construction engineering and mobility service sectors that design and operate intelligent infrastructure and buildings, completed the acquisition of Atrix Group, an independent French engineering group active in the nuclear, defence, microelectronics, agrifood and health sectors, from Societe Generale, a French multinational investment bank and financial services company, Bpi France, a French public sector investment bank, and Ronan Artur, Atrix Group founder and CEO. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This merger with the Egis Group marks the beginning of a new chapter for the ATRIX teams. After more than 25 years of development, we have reached the size of an SME, recognised in its fields, and are now full of enthusiasm and pride at the idea of contributing to the achievement of the Egis Group's strategic objectives. Our mutual and respective industrial customers will find that this merger will significantly strengthen our ability to respond to their multidisciplinary needs. We look forward to continuing this adventure, driven by a common desire to take on ever more ambitious challenges," Ronan Artur, Atrix Group Chairman and Founder.
