Egis Group completed the acquisition of Atrix Group from Societe Generale, Bpi France and Ronan Artur.

Egis Group, an international company active in the consulting, construction engineering and mobility service sectors that design and operate intelligent infrastructure and buildings, completed the acquisition of Atrix Group, an independent French engineering group active in the nuclear, defence, microelectronics, agrifood and health sectors, from Societe Generale, a French multinational investment bank and financial services company, Bpi France, a French public sector investment bank, and Ronan Artur, Atrix Group founder and CEO. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This merger with the Egis Group marks the beginning of a new chapter for the ATRIX teams.
