Banque des Territoires and VALOREM completed the investment in Calypso.

Banque des Territoires, an investment bank, and VALOREM, an independent green energy operator, completed the investment in Calypso, a solar and wind power plants. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The territorial approach is at the heart of the development of renewable energy projects carried out by VALOREM. We wish to remain active in these territories over the long term and make ENR a lever of activity for them. The partnership with La Banque des Territoires will allow us to develop more green energy production capacity while associating ourselves with a public actor who shares this approach to creating value in the territories," Jean-Yves Grandidier, VALOREM Founding President.
