Hygie 31, a pharmaceutical company, agreed to acquire Distrimed, an online retailer of medical equipment and medical devices, from Bastide le Confort médical, a provider of specialized rental of medical equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are going to strengthen Distrimed and support its development.
