Hygie 31 to acquire Distrimed from Bastide le Confort médical.

Hygie 31, a pharmaceutical company, agreed to acquire Distrimed, an online retailer of medical equipment and medical devices, from Bastide le Confort médical, a provider of specialized rental of medical equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are going to strengthen Distrimed and support its development. The company will continue to develop its BtoB activities and will become our online distribution base for medical equipment," Hervé Jouves, Hygie 31 Chairman.
