CPPIB-backed FCC Servicios Medio Ambiente completed the acquisition of United Kingdom business of Platinum Equity-backed Urbaser for £398m.

CPPIB-backed FCC Servicios Medio Ambiente, an environmental services provider, completed the acquisition of United Kingdom business of Platinum Equity-backed Urbaser, a waste treatment and recovery services provider, for £398m. “With this transaction we move forward in the execution of our strategy by crystallizing value in our international asset portfolio and we will continue to invest in key countries for us such as Spain.
