Vistra, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Kroll, a management company holding Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities and Alternative Investment Fund licenses. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Bringing together our two teams allows us to enhance our service offerings with cross selling central administration and depositary capabilities and better serve our clients' evolving needs.
