Apax Partners completed the acquisition of the OCS group from Charme Capital Partners.

Apax Partners, a private equity advisory firm, completed the acquisition of the OCS group, an IT services provider, from Charme Capital Partners, a mid-market private equity fund. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are incredibly excited about this transaction.
