Howden, an insurance brokerage and advisory services company, completed the acquisition of NORTH, an independent advisory group within corporate insurance and pensions, financial procurement, and mortgage financing, from Polaris, a company that invests in partnerships with owners and management teams, enabling mid-sized companies in the Nordics to reach their full potential.
