Webster Financial, a commercial bank, completed the acquisition of Ametros Financial, a custodian and administrator of medical funds from insurance claim settlements, from Long Ridge Equity, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition closely aligns with our strategic focus on building a diverse and unique funding base.
