Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions completed the acquisition of Associated Asphalt from ArcLight Capital Partners.

Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions, an asphalt and emulsion producer and marketer, completed the acquisition of Associated Asphalt, an asphalt producer, from ArcLight Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “For decades, Ergon has played an important role in the push to improve roadway infrastructure throughout the US. This acquisition is in keeping with our ever-evolving goal to provide the resources agencies need to maintain their roadway networks," Baxter Burns, Ergon President.
