Carl Zeiss completed the acquisition of Dutch Ophthalmic Research Center from Eurazeo for €985m.

Carl Zeiss, a manufacturer of optical systems and optoelectronics, completed the acquisition of Dutch Ophthalmic Research Center, a retinal surgical devices manufacturer, from Eurazeo, an investment company, for €985m.
