Saint-Gobain to acquire a majority stake in IMPTEK Chova del Ecuador.

Saint-Gobain, a French multinational corporation, agreed to acquire a majority stake in IMPTEK Chova del Ecuador, a construction chemicals markets company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of IMPTEK in Ecuador is in line with Saint-Gobain’s strategic plan “Grow & Impact”, which aims to both strengthen the Group’s leadership and accelerate its growth by enriching its range of solutions for light and sustainable construction," Saint-Gobain.
