Luz del Sur, a Peruvian utility company, agreed to acquire Tres Hermanas and Marcona wind farms, from Sigma Fondo de Inversión en Infraestructura, an infrastructure fund, for $170m. “We are fulfilling our commitment to implement our project portfolio and continue to promote environmental protection with renewable energies. “We at Luz del Sur are very proud to be able to continue investing in the country, showing that we live up to what we say," Mario Gonzáles, Luz del Sur General Manager.
