Loimua completed the acquisition of heat plant operations at the Kalajoki sawmill from Junnikkala.

Loimua, a Finnish provider of energy solutions for commercial, residential and the public sector, completed the acquisition of heat plant operations at the Kalajoki sawmill from Junnikkala, a Finnish producer of forest products. Financial terms were not disclosed. ”Loimua has been a very good partner for us at Oulainen sawmill, and we have been satisfied with our cooperation. We strongly believe that, together with Loimua, we will be able to make Kalajoki’s energy production even more competitive in the long term.
