Openjobmetis completed the acquisition of Just On Business and Deine Group for €29.7m.

Openjobmetis, an employment agency company, completed the acquisition of Just On Business, a human resources services provider, and Deine Group, a recruitment consultancy, for €29.7m. "With the acquisition of Just On Business, we confirm the growth strategy that has allowed us to be among the leading players in the Italian market to date. Once again we have demonstrated our commitment and willingness, even through extraordinary operations, to create value for the shareholders who have placed their trust in our investment in Openjobmetis in recent years," Marco Vittorelli, Openjobmetis Group Chairman.
