Vijaya Diagnostic to acquire PH Diagnostic for $18m.

Vijaya Diagnostic, a blood test laboratory, agreed to acquire PH Diagnostic, a medical services provider, for $18m. "The acquisition is in line with the company's objective to build a comprehensive diagnostic chain of network across different geographies and thereby increasing the market share and penetration," Vijaya Diagnostic.
