Cordiant Digital Infrastructure-backed České Radiokomunikace, a telecommunications and ICT services provider, agreed to acquire Cloud4com, a cloud service provider, and DC Lužice, a data centre facility, from Aricoma, an end-to-end services and IT solutions provider, for £52m.
