The Riverside Company, a global private investment firm focused on the smaller end of the middle market, completed the investment in Impact XM, a full-service, end-to-end experiential marketing services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our partnership with Riverside will help accelerate our many domestic and international growth initiatives.
