Lumine Group, a communications and media software developer, completed the acquisition of the device management and service management platform businesses from Nokia, a multinational telecommunications, information technology, and consumer electronics corporation, for €220m. “We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Device Management and Service Management Platform customers and employees to Lumine.
