Medline Canada completed the acquisition of Sinclair Dental.

Medline Canada, a healthcare supplies and equipment manufacturer and distributor, completed the acquisition of Sinclair Dental, an independent, full-service dental supplies and equipment distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed.
