Management of Capital Park and Europi Property completed the management buyout of certain assets of the company from Madison International Realty.

Management of Capital Park, an investor, developer and asset manager in the real estate market in Poland, and Europi Property, a pan-European real estate investment company, completed the management buyout of certain assets of the company from Madison International Realty, a real estate investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. As a result of the transaction, Madison will continue to control the companies that own the Norblin Factory and Royal Wilanów in a joint venture with the managers and Europi Property Group.
