GMS to acquire Kamco Supply.

GMS, a specialty building products distributor, agreed to acquire Kamco Supply, a supplier of ceilings, wallboard, steel, lumber, and other related construction products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Kamco is a long-established leader in the building materials industry with an experienced and successful team.
