AAR, a global aerospace and defense aftermarket solutions company, completed the acquisition of the product support business from Triumph Group, a supplier of aerospace services, structures, systems and support, for $725m. "The completion of this acquisition scales AAR's repair capabilities, expands our footprint in the APAC region, and enhances our ability to serve our global customers.
