Leonard Green & Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in IRIS Software from Hg Capital and ICG in a £3.15bn deal.

Leonard Green & Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in IRIS Software,a. software developer, from private equity firms Hg Capital and ICG, in a £3.15bn deal. “To secure backing from a leading US investor in LGP, alongside the continued support of Hg and ICG, underscores IRIS’s enduring success over many decades.
