Tang Capital-backed Concentra Biosciences, a biotech company, agreed to acquire Theseus Pharmaceuticals, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, for $188m. Theseus shareholders holding approximately 59% of Theseus common stock have signed support agreements under which such shareholders agreed to tender their shares in the Offer and support the merger.
